Found Kansas Appliance Service through a quick online search for GE authorized repair in Kansas City. Wasn’t expecting too much honestly, but turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises! Called them up for my fridge acting up - it’s a GE. The tech rolled up on time, didn’t waste any of mine. Real pro, got straight to fixing without much fuss. Throughout the process, he explained what’s what with the fridge, which was kinda cool cause now I actually know a bit about this stuff. Not the cheapest maybe, but the result’s worth it. Now it runs like new. Plus, they’re genuine GE authorized repair so no doubts there. Happy to say the folks at Kansas Appliance Service kept this as painless as fixing appliances can get. I’d hit them up again. If you’re in KC and need GE authorized repair, maybe give them a whirl.
